Fina app is a next-generation financial management platform available on iOS and Android. It brings together multi-currency wallets, instant transfers, AI-powered budgeting, investment tracking, and bank-grade security into a single, beautifully designed application. Fina app is operated by Fina app Inc., headquartered at 500 W 33rd St, New York, NY 10001.
Fina app is currently in private beta. We are targeting a public launch in Q3 2026. You can join our waitlist to secure your spot and receive early access — waitlist members also receive exclusive launch pricing and a 60-day free Pro trial.
At launch, Fina app will support users in 50+ countries across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and Latin America. We are continuously expanding. Check back for the full list closer to the launch date, or sign up to the waitlist and we will notify you when your country is supported.
No. Fina app is a financial technology company, not a bank. Banking services and wallet infrastructure are provided through licensed banking and payments partners. Where applicable, funds held through our partners may be FDIC insured subject to applicable limits and conditions.
👤 Account & Onboarding
Once Fina app launches publicly, you can download the app from the App Store or Google Play and complete registration in under 3 minutes. You will need to provide your name, email address, phone number, and verify your identity to comply with financial regulations (KYC). Waitlist members will receive an exclusive invitation link ahead of the public launch.
To comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations, you will need a valid government-issued photo ID (passport or driver's licence) and proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days). The verification process is fully in-app and typically completes within minutes via our automated identity verification partner.
Each person may hold one personal Fina app account. Business plan users may additionally create a business workspace linked to their personal account. Operating multiple personal accounts is not permitted under our Terms of Service.
You can request account closure at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@finappglobal.com. Upon closure, we will delete all personal data that we are not legally required to retain. Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days in accordance with GDPR and applicable laws.
💰 Payments & Transfers
Transfers between Fina app users are instant — typically under 3 seconds. Bank transfers to external accounts take 1–3 business days depending on your bank and country. International transfers via SWIFT may take up to 5 business days. We display a clear estimated arrival time before you confirm any transfer.
Fina-to-Fina transfers are always free. Domestic bank transfers are free on all plans. International transfers are subject to small network fees passed through at cost — we never add margin. Pro and Business plan users receive currency exchange at real interbank rates with zero commission.
Transfer limits vary by account verification level, country, and plan. Standard verified accounts begin with a $10,000/day limit, which increases as your account history builds. Business plan accounts have higher limits. Contact support@finappglobal.com to request a limit review.
Yes. Fina app supports international transfers to 140+ countries. Pro and Business users can hold multi-currency wallets and convert at interbank rates before sending, minimising conversion costs. The recipient does not need a Fina app account to receive bank transfers.

Fina app uses multiple security layers: AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, biometric authentication, real-time AI fraud detection, device fingerprinting, and hardware security modules (HSMs) for key storage. No. Fina app never sells, rents, or trades your personal data or financial information to third parties. We collect only the data necessary to provide our services and are fully transparent about how it is used. Read our Privacy Policy for complete details.

Our fraud response team is available 24/7. Pro and Business users have a dedicated emergency support line.
Yes. Fina app supports multiple 2FA methods: biometric (Face ID / fingerprint), authenticator app (TOTP), and SMS fallback. We strongly recommend using biometric or TOTP authentication for the strongest protection. 2FA is required for all large transfers and account changes.
💰 Plans & Billing
After the 60-day Pro trial (exclusive to waitlist members), your account automatically moves to the Free plan unless you choose to subscribe. You will never be charged without your explicit consent. Your data and transaction history remain fully accessible on the Free plan.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings under Billing & Plans, or by contacting support@finappglobal.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle unless required by applicable law.
Yes — we offer a 40% discount on Pro for verified students and a 50% discount for registered non-profit organisations. Contact support@finappglobal.com with proof of eligibility. Discounts are applied manually and renewed annually upon re-verification.
